Press release: FlexEnable wins place at UK’s largest innovation show

Cambridge (UK), 20 September 2016 – FlexEnable, the leader in the development and industrialisation of flexible organic electronics, has won a place in an exhibition of the most cutting edge innovations from businesses across the country at the UK’s largest innovation show in November.

FlexEnable was one of 100 companies nationwide to be selected to showcase its innovation to over 2,500 attendees at Innovate 2016 on November 2nd and 3rd in Manchester.

Wristworn OLCD deviceFlexEnable has pioneered a flexible electronics technology platform that allows electronics to be manufactured on flexible plastic film, the thickness of a sheet of paper. It can be used for the manufacture of glass-free, flexible displays and sensors with versatile applications in sectors including consumer electronics, automotive, digital signage, medical and security. The company has already achieved several breakthroughs with flexible colour and video-rate plastic displays (LCD and OLED) and flexible X-ray image and fingerprint sensors.
